Owen T. Heisey

Real Estate Experience

Owen joined SDKA in October 2009. Since that time he has been actively engaged in appraisals, market studies, and valuation consultations on a wide variety of property types for institutional, private, lender, and government clients. The bulk of his work represents litigation support appraisals for uses including tax appeal, eminent domain, and estate planning and settlement. He also works on appraisals for financing and loan underwriting purposes. He is familiar with office, retail, residential, and industrial development trends throughout the State of Ohio.   Owen lives in Bexley, Ohio, with his wife, Teri, and their two daughters.  When he had spare time, he helped coach Capital University’s debate team.
